Biological Activity

1400W dihydrochloride is a potent, selective inhibitor of iNOS with Ki of 7 nM.
1400W dihydrochloride dispalys >250-fold selectivity over nNOS, and eNOS.
1400W dihydrochloride blocks AGT depletion and rescues the repair of mutagenic O6-ethyldeoxyguanosines following DEN challenge in livers of GSNOR-deficient (GSNOR(-/-)) mice.
