5MS-5 effectively inhibited CD28:B7-1 (CD80) interactions with IC50 of 22.4 uM in ELISA-based inhibition assays.
5MS-5 inhibits T cell activation markers in tumor–PBMC co-culture, suppresses CD28-dependent cyto-kine release.
