    A-943931 dihydrochloride is a potent, selective antagonist of histamine H4 receptor (H4R) with binding pKi of 8.33 and 8.42 for hH4 and rH4, respectively.
    A-943931displays >150-fold selectivity over H1, H2 and H3 receptors.
    A-943931 potently inhibits zymosan-induced peritonitis in mice with ED50 of 34 umol/kg.
