AAK1 inhibitor 25A displays selectivity over the other members of the subfamily, Numb-associated kinases GAK and STK16, in a TR-FRET binding displacement assay.
AAK1 inhibitor 25A binds to BMP2K in live HEK293T cells with an IC50 of 602 nM.
