    Biological Activity

    AD-35 is a donepezil analog that can moderately inhibit acetylcholinesterase and metal-induced Aβ aggregation in vitro and shows disassembly of Aβ aggregates.
    AD-35 markedly attenuates Aβ25-35 injection-induced astrocyte activation, pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β release, and memory deficits in vivo; orally active.
