ADH-1 inhibit the neurite outgrowth response stimulated by N-cadherin.
ADH-1 prevents collagen I-induced cell scattering and cell migration in pancreatic cancer cells.
ADH-1 induces apoptosis in a dose-dependent and N-cadherin-dependent manner.
ADH-1 50 mg/kg (i.p. 1× per day, 5× per week for 4 weeks) prevents tumor growth in a mouse model for pancreatic cancer.
