ALM201 is a small 23 amino acid peptide derived from the FK506 binding protein FKBPL, a targeted microtubule binding agent which exhibits potent anti-angiogenic activity in vitro and in vivo.
ALM201 inhibits endocrine therapy resistant cancer stem cells and breast cancer metastasis by downregulating DLL4 and Notch4.
ALM201 reduced CSCs in ovarian cancer cell lines and primary samples by inducing differentiation.
