AMPTX-1 covalently recruits DCAF16:DDB1 complex to BRD9.
AMPTX-1-induced BRD9 degradation is dependent on the DCAF16 Cullin RING E3 ligase.
AMPTX-1 induces sustained BRD9 protein degradation in a xenograft model.
