AR420626 elicits an extrinsic apoptotic pathway and histone deacetylase inhibition, and inhibits growth of HepG2 xenografts.
AR420626 induces apoptosis via the TNF-α-induced extrinsic apoptotic pathway.AR420626 induces apoptosis via activation of the mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) pathway in HepG2 cells.
