Biological Activity
PB01 is a novel benzothiazole derivative that inhibit the proliferation of NSCLC cells, suppresses radio-resistance by regulating ATR signaling.
PB01 induces apoptotic cell death in NSCLC cells
PB01 induces apoptotic cell death via ATR-p53-GADD45ɑ in NSCLC cells.
PB01 induces time-dependent phosphorylation of JNK but not p-ERK, p-p38, and p-Akt.
PB01 suppresses the EMT phenotype in NSCLC and radio-resistant NSCLC cells
A combination of PB01 and radiation induce ER stress and apoptotic cell death in radio-resistant NSCLC cells
PB01 induces reactive oxygen species, ER stress, Bax, cytochrome c expression, the ATR-p53-GADD45ɑ axis, and cleavage of caspase-3 and -9.
