AZ14145845 (Dual Axl-Mer inhibitor 32) is a potent, selective dual Axl/Mer inhibitor with pIC50 of 7.0/7.8.
AZ14145845 displays little to no inhibition against Flt-3, and Tyro3 (pIC50<4.5).
AZ14145845 demonstrated dose-dependent in vivo efficacy and target engagement in Mer- and Axl-dependent efficacy models, also shows in vivo efficacy in a preclinical MC38 immuno-oncology model in combination with anti-PD1 antibodies and ionizing radiation.
