AZ13595423 displays high selectivity over GPR40 (IC50>100 uM).
AZ13595423 (100 mg/kg) exhibited significant reduction in blood glucose excursion in response to a glucose challenge in oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in C57BL/6J mice.
