Abn-CBD (Abnormal Cannabidiol) is a selective agonist of GPR55 receptor with EC50 of 2.5 uM, shows no significant activity against CB1 and CB2 receptors (EC50>30 uM).
Abn-CBD is also a full agonist at GPR18, with EC50 of 0.835 uM for inducing p44/42 MAPK phosphorylation in HEK293 cells stably transfected with GPR18.
Abn-CBD regulates the migratory activity of murine BV-2 microglial cells with EC50 of 0.6 uM.
Abn-CBD induces endothelium-dependent vasodilation via a CB1/CB2/NO-independent mechanism and inhibits vasoconstriction induced by ET-1 in retinal arterioles.
Abn-CBD also is a nonretinoid inhibitor of cellular retinol-binding protein 1 (CRBP1) with Ki of 67 nM.
