Acmiribine (8-Hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine, 8-OHdG) significantly inhibits angiotensin II-induced Rac1 activity in VSMCs.
Acmiribine (8-Hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine, 8-OHdG) stabilizes Rac1-GEF complex, indicating the physical contact of 8-OHdG with Rac1.
Acmiribine (8-Hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine, 8-OHdG) suppresses allergy-induced lung tissue remodeling in mice, inhibits allergy-induced inflammation and remodeling in airway and lung tissues through Rac inactivation.
