Albaconazole (UR-9825) is more potent against Candida spp. than both fluconazole and itraconazole.
Albaconazole (UR-9825) has good pharmacokinetic profile and excellent bioavailability.
Albaconazole (UR-9825) shows high in-vitro activity and efficacy in models of systemic candidosis in rats and rabbits, comparing favourably with fluconazole.
