Biological Activity

At14-3-3 inhibitor 2 is a covalent selective inhibitor for Arabidopsis thaliana 14-3-3 protein (At14-3-3), potently inhibits the interaction between At14-3-3 Lambda and FAM-FD with IC50 of 1.2 uM.
At14-3-3 inhibitor 2 covalently binds to an allosteric site of 14-3-3 (Cys198) with isoform selectivity.
Infiltration of At14-3-3 inhibitor 2 to Arabidopsis leaves suppressed the stomatal aperture.
