    Biological Activity

    BC8-15 is a small molecule inhibitor of PDE4 and PDE8 with IC50 of 0.28 uM (PDE4A) and 0.22 uM (PDE8A), also displays significant activity against PDE10A and PDE11A (IC50=1.2-1.6 uM).
    BC8-15 shows weak activity against PDEs from the PDE1, PDE2, PDE3, PDE5, PDE9, PDE10.
    BC8-15 elevates steroidogenesis in mouse Leydig cells as a single pharmacological agent.
