Biological Activity

BCL6-760 is a potent a potent, selective, heterobifunctional BCL6 ligand-directed degrader with EC50 of 1.4 nM and 0.8 nM in SU-DHL-4 and OCI-LY-1 cells respectively.
BCL6-760 potently inhibits OCI-LY-1 DLBCL cell line proliferation with GI50 of 1.3 nM.
BCL6-760 (15, 30, or 60 mg/kg BID) induces dose-dependent BCL6 degradation in OCI-LY-1 xenograft model in SCID mice.
