Biological Activity
BCL6 PROTAC A19 is a potent, selective BCL6 PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 0.034 nM and Dmax of 99% in OCI-LY1 cells.
A19 has DC50 = 0.096 ± 0.0044 nM and Dmax ≥ 99% in the HT cell line.
A19 effectively reduces BCL6 protein levels in a concentration- and time-dependent fashion in OCI-LY1 cells.
A19 functions as a bifunctional molecule, simultaneously interacting with both BCL6 and CRBN.
A19 (50 mg/kg, p.o.) suppresses the growth of tumorin the OCI-LY1 tumor mouse model.
