BDM44898 is a small molecule inhibitor of anti-apoptotic protein BCL2A1/Bfl-1 with IC50 of 1.6 uM.
BDM44898 exerted proapoptotic effect on BP3 and IM9 cell line in propidium iodide/ Annexin V double staining and flow cytometry, as well as delayed the growth of lymphoid tumor in immunocompromised mice.
