Biological Activity
BL828 is a derivative of madrasin and potent spliceosome inhibitor, upregulates surface MHC-I and MHC-II expression, and induces hallmarks associated with immunogenic cell death.
BL828 induces cell death in murine pediatric cancer cell lines.
BL828 induces ICD-associated hallmarks in murine pediatric cancer cell lines.
BL828 efficiently increases MHC-I presentation of intron-derived antigen in vitro.
BL828 inhibits the subcutaneous growth of 9464D neuroblastoma cells in vivo.
BL828 increases cytotoxic CD4+ T cell proliferation, cytotoxic (interferon γ+) and proliferating CD8+ T cells (Ki67+).
BL828 efficiently induces MHC-I and MHC-II expressions in murine pediatric cancer cell lines.
