BML-210 is a small molecule histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that induces Ac-histone in A549 cells with EC50 of 181 uM.
BML-210 inhibits the growth of all cell lines and promotes apoptosis in the human leukemia cell lines (NB4, HL-60, THP-1, and K562).
BML-210 induces growth inhibition and apoptosis and downregulates HDAC1-5 and DAPC complex expression levels in cervical cancer cells.
