BMS-695735 also inhibits IR/FAK/Lck (IC50=72/165/14 nM), and no significant activity against PKCα, PKCδ, IKK, Akt, CDK2, CYP3A4, and PXR.
BMS-695735 exhibits improved ADME properties, a low risk for drug-drug interactions, and in vivo efficacy in multiple xenograft models; orally efficacious.
