Biological Activity

BRD9 PROTAC C6 is a potent, selective and orally active BRD9 PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 1.02 nM in MV4-11 cells (24 h), without effect on BRD4 or BRD7.
C6 has IC50 value of 3.69 ± 3.58 nM in MV4-11 CTRL cells.
C6 exhibited significantly oral activity in ICR mice with the Cmax value of 3436.95 ng/mL.
