Barecetamab (ISU 104) is a highly potent, fully human anti-ErbB3 monoclonal antibody, binds potently and specifically to the NRG1 binding region of domain 3 of ErbB3, exhibits potent antitumorigenic activity.
Barecetamab (ISU 104) inhibited ligand binding, ligand-dependent heterodimerization and phosphorylation, and induced the internalization of ErbB3.
Barecetamab (ISU 104) inhibits downstream Akt phosphorylation and cell proliferation. Barecetamab (ISU 104) demonstrates anticancer efficacy in xenograft models of various cancers.
