Bezisterim (HE3286) attenuates LPS- and TNFalpha-stimulated inflammation in primary murine macrophages.
Bezisterim (HE3286) downregulates inflammatory cytokine/chemokine expression in liver and adipose tissue of Zucker diabetic fatty rats.
