    Biological Activity

    C-5401331 is a small molecule T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 3 (Tim-3) inhibitor, suppresses acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell proliferation.
    C-5401331 inhibits cell viability of THP-1 and HL-60 AML cells with IC50 of 206.6 nM and 318.10 nM respectively.
    C-5401331 inhibits Tim-3 and induces early and late phase apoptosis in AML cells.
