Biological Activity
CAY10583 is a potent and selective leukotriene B4 receptor type 2 (BLT2) agonist, inhibits LTB4 binding to BLT2 with IC50 of 20 nM, but not BLT1.
CAY10583 induced ERK phosphorylation only in CHO-mBLT2 but not in CHO-mBLT1.
CAY10583 induces Ca2+ mobilization and phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase through BLT2.
CAY10583 induced phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase in primary mouse keratinocytes, induced chemotaxis in primary mouse keratinocytes.
