    Biological Activity

    CB-64D is a potent, selective sigma-2 receptor agonist with Ki of 16.5 nM, 200-fold selectivity over sigma 1 (Ki=3063 nM).
    CB-64D significantly induces the calcium signal and cell death in SK-N-SH cells, produces dose-dependent cytotoxicity.
    CB-64D induces apoptosis in MCF-7 and T47D breast tumor cell lines.
