CBR490 demonstrates potent antiwolbachial activity was confirmed in L. sigmodontis, Brugia malayi, and Onchocerca ochengi in vivo preclinical models of filarial disease.
CBR490 demonbstrated in vitro selectivity against Loa loa (a safety concern in endemic areas).
