Biological Activity

CBUD-1001 is specific small molecule HDAC1 inhibitor with IC50 of 28.1 nM, inhibits HDAC2 and HDAC3 with IC50 values of 158 nM and 404 nM, respectively.
CBUD-1001 exhibits anticancer potency against CRC cell lines.
CBUD‑1001 inhibits HDAC activity by hyper‑acetylating histones H3 and H4, and exerts an apoptotic effect by activating a mitochondrial‑dependent pathway.
CBUD‑1001 attenuates the cell motility of CRC cells by downregulating the EMT signaling pathway.
