CCT369260 is a highly potent, orally active BCL6 degrader with DC50 of 54 nM in cellular BCL6 degradation assays.
CCT369260 exhibits an IC50 of 523 nM in BCL6 TR-FRET assays.
CCT369260 showed robust antiproliferative activity in SU-DHL-4 cells, with no antiproliferative activty in a panel of BCL6-negative cell lines.
CCT369260 (50 mg/kg) reduces BCL6 levels in a lymphoma xenograft mouse model following oral dosing.
