CCT372064 is a potent, ligand-efficient inhibitor of BCL6 with IC50 of 3.9 nM and 12 nM in TR-FRET and cellular NanoBRET assays, respectively.
CCT372064 displays antiproliferative activity in BCL6-high OCI-Ly1 and Karpas-422 cell lines with GI50 values of 0.17 and 0.79 uM, and selectivity over the BCL6-low OCI-Ly3 line (GI50=3.4 uM).
