CCT374705 is a potent, selective, in-vivo active BCL6 inhibitor with TR-FRET IC50 of 6 nM.
CCT374705 displays high selectivity for BCL-6 and minimal off-target interactions against a kinase panel (468).
CCT374705 exhibits antiproliferative activity BCL6-dependent cell line OCI-Ly1 and Karpas 422 with GI50 of 38.5 and 12.9 nM, respectively.
CCT374705 (50 mg/kg PO) demonstrates in vitro efficacyin a Karpas 422 xenograft model in mice, with a significant increase in ARID3A mRNA expression.
