Biological Activity

CHD4 inhibitor CH41 is a potent small-molecule inhibitor of chromodomain helicase DNA-binding protein 4 (CHD4) with EC50 of 761 nM, recapitulates the effects of genetic CHD4 ablation on Treg function.
CH41 demonstrates dose-dependent cell target engagement with EC50 of 761 nM with full-length CHD4.
CH41 impaired intratumoral Treg accumulation and function and significantly inhibited the growth of lung and hepatocellular carcinomas in immunocompetent.
