Itanapraced (CHF5074) shows no effects were observed on Notch intracellular cleavage in human embryonic kidney 293swe cells. Itanapraced (CHF5074) showes reduced total brain Abeta40 and Abeta42 in treated animals. Itanapraced (CHF5074) attenuates brain beta-amyloid pathology and learning deficit in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease.
