Biological Activity

CK2 inhibitor TF is a potent, selective competitive inhibitor of protein kinase CK2 (Casein kinase 2) with Ki of 15 nM and IC50 of 29 nM.
CK2 inhibitor TF addresses the nucleotide binding site of the catalytic α-subunit of CK2 and thus competes with the binding of the co-substrate ATP.
CK2 inhibitor TF does not interfere with the expression of CK2.
CK2 inhibitor TF significantly decreases cell viability and cell proliferation in prostate cancer cells.
