CQ80 is a dual inhibitor of the Xaa-Pro-cleaving M24B aminopeptidases PEPD and XPNPEP1 with IC50 of 0.91 and 43 uM respectively, selectively activates the CARD8 inflammasome.

CQ80 is a dual inhibitor of the Xaa-Pro-cleaving M24B aminopeptidases PEPD and XPNPEP1 with IC50 of 0.91 and 43 uM respectively, selectively activates the CARD8 inflammasome.
CQ80 induces CASP1-dependent cell death in MV4;11 cells with IC50s of 0.27 and 0.45 μM, respectively.
CQ80 is more effective inflammasome activator than CQ31. CQ80 activates the CARD8 inflammasome in both cancer cell lines and normal primary cells.
CQ80 does not activate the human or rodent NLRP1 inflammasomes.
CQ80 disrupts the CARD8-DPP9 ternary complex.
