Biological Activity
CX1003 is a novel multitargeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting MET and VEGFR types 2 (VEGFR-2, KDR), also possesses inhibitory activities against several other kinases, such as Ret.
CX1003 has exhibited great potential for antitumor effects in various in vitro and animal studies.
CX1003 induced tumor regressions in xenograft mouse models derived from human gastric cell GTL16, human glioma cell U87MG and significantly decreased bone metastasis in ARCaPM prostate cancer models.
