Biological Activity

Zabadinostat (CXD101) is a potent, selective and orally active class I HDAC inhibitor with IC50s of 63 nM, 570 nM and 550 nM for HDAC1, HDAC2 and HDAC3, respectively, has no activity against class II HDACs.

Zabadinostat (CXD101) shows IC50 of 0.2-15 uM against colon, lung, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and myeloma cell lines.

Zabadinostat (CXD101) treatment increased expression of MHC class I and II genes in a variety of cells, including dendritic cells (DCs) and healthy tissue.
