Biological Activity

CZL-S092 is a potent, selective PLK4 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.9 nM.
CZL-S092 exhibitspotent antiproliferative activity against MCF-7, IMR-32 and SH-SY5Y cells with IC50 values of 2.828 μM, 1.143 μM, and 1.329 μM, respectively.
CZL-S092 exhibits excellent selectivity over other PLK family members (PLK1, PLK2, and PLK3).
CZL-S092 exhibits concentration-dependent inhibition of MCF-7 colony formation, inhibits growth of MCF-7 cancer cells at a concentration of 1.0 μM and almost completely inhibits at a concentration of 2.5 μM.
CZL-S092 (5 uM) effectively inhibited IMR-32 cell migration.
CZL-S092 displays good pharmacokinetic properties (Rats, F = 22.1 %).
