Biological Activity

CZh226 (CZh-226) is a potent, selective inhibitor of p21-activated kinase 4 (PAK4) with Ki of 9 nM, displays 346-fold selectivity over PAK-1.
CZh226 also exhibits excellent kinase spectrum selectivity against a panel of 54 kinases (<80% inhibition at 0.1 uM).
CZh226 potently inhibits the migration and invasion of A549 tumor cells by regulating the PAK4-directed downstream signaling pathways in vitro.
CZh226 (CZh-226) is a valuable research probe for the further biological investigation of group II PAKs.
