Cbl-b inhibitor 10 is a potent and orally bioavailable Casitas B-lineage lymphoma-b (CBLB, Cbl-b) inhibitor with biochemical IC50 of 9.1 nM, and EC50 of 180.6 nM in IL-2 secretion assays.
Cbl-b inhibitor 10 (3 mpk, 10 mpk, and 30 mpk) exhibits significant antitumor efficacy in CT26 mouse model.
Cbl-b inhibitor 10 synergizes strongly with anti-PD-1 therapy to enhance tumor regression, and induces durable immune memory against tumor rechallenge.
