Compound 4210 inhibited inflammatory cytokine production in human primary cells and increased therapeutic efficacy in mice with exposure to toxins of both grampositive and gram-negative pathogens.
Compound 4210 exhibits broad spectrum antiviral activity by up regulation of type I interferon.
