Biological Activity
Cyy-272 is an orally active JNK inhibitor with IC50 of 1.25 μM, 1.07 μM and 1.24 μM for JNK1, JNK2 and JNK3, attenuates LPS-stimulated Acute lung injury (ALI), exhibits anti-inflammation activity by inhibiting JNK phosphorylation.
Cyy-272 inhibits the inflammatory cytokine expression in MPMs, decreases the overexpression of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β mRNA in LPS-challenged MPMs.
Cyy-272 inhibits the inflammatory cytokine expression in ALI mice.
Cyy-272 alleviates LPS-induced ALI in vivo.
Cyy-272 exerts anti-inflammatory effects by specifically inhibiting LPS-induced JNK phosphorylation in RAW 264.7.
