DAPT (GSI-IX, GSI IX) decreases the Notch intracellular domain and inhibition of Notch signaling, down-regulates P-glycoprotein and ERCC1 protein in CNE-2 cells.
DAPT (GSI-IX, GSI IX) reduces brain levels of beta-amyloid peptide in brain.
DAPT (GSI-IX, GSI IX) protects brain against cerebral ischemia by down-regulating the expression of Notch 1 and NF-κB in rats.
