Biological Activity

DC-Rhoin04 is a selective, covalent small molecule inhibitor of Rho family GTPase RhoA protein by covalent modification of Cys107, inhibits GDP/GTP exchange rate of RhoA, inhibits proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells with IC50 of 2.54 uM.
DC-Rhoin04 inhibits the activation of RhoA at a concentration of approximately uM in MDA-MD-231 cells.
DC-Rhoin04 significantly suppresses cell migration and invasion in a dose-dependent manner.
