DCY1040 and TUG-891 synergistically activate TMEM175
DCY1040 activates TMEM175 more effectively than DCPIB (Cat# PC-72941).
DCY1040 restores PD-related variants in TMEM175.
DCY1040 promotes the removal of aberrant α-synuclein both in vitro and in vivo.
