Biological Activity
DL0410 is a synthetic dual acetylcholinesterase (AChE)/butyrocholinesterase (BuChE) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.286/3.96 uM, also inhibit histamine receptor 3 (H3R) with IC50 of 0.308 uM, shows neuroprotective effects both in vitro and in vivo.
DL0410 showed better protection against Aβ-induced neurotoxicity than donepezil and rivastigmine, improved cell viability of APPsw-SY5Y cells subjected to copper.
DL0410 (1-9 mg/kg) shows beneficial effects on learning and memory capabilities in an Aβ1–42-induced amnesia mouse model.
DL0410 (9 mg/kg) significantly decreased β-APP protein levels in the cerebral cortices of Aβ1-42-treated mice.
DL0410 protects APPsw-SY5Y cells by reversing copper-induced Δψm loss.
DL0410 attenuated cell apoptosis through the regulation of the Akt/JNK pathway.
