Biological Activity

DW18343 is a specific, non-nucleotide stimulator of interferon genes (STING) agonist, binds to the LBD region of the STING protein, exhibits broad‐spectrum antitumor acitvity.
DW18343 demonstrates more robust activation of the STING‐H232 subtype when compared to S100.
DW18343 activates the STING downstream signaling pathway, triggers downstream p‐TBK1/p‐IRF3 signaling, leading to the production of multiple cytokines.
DW18343 exhibits broad‐spectrum antitumor effect.
DW18343 stimulates the development of antitumor immune memory in mice.
